Fixedlove.com is hosting a benefit comp at Gnar Park in Long Beach tomorrow to raise money for some much-needed surgery for Rocco’s (Fast Pace Zine) dog, Peewee. Burro sent out a messenger bag, two sets of Chronic Pedal Straps, a shit-ton of stickers and these sick-ass limited edition ~@gNar-B-Q Middy Straps.

Team Burro Welcomes Devan Council

It would have been great to announce this along with a photo or video of our newest addition doing her (that’s right, her) thing while rocking Burro gear but quite frankly we are just too excited to wait to announce that the lovely Devan Council has joined the illustrious ranks of Team Burro! We were all aware of Devan’s blog Sorta Like a Dream and we finally got the chance to communicate with her when we agreed to sponsor her latest event in Nashville. We love people who put in work to make their local scene thrive so being the opportunists that we are, we took advantage of the situation and sent up a pair of Chronic Straps for her to try out. Well, she loved em so much she totally switched over and enthusiastically agreed to join the crew.

Expect to see radical things in the future from Devan and Team Burro. We are going to be doing a lot more to support our riders in the very near future and couldn’t be more excited about it. Here at Burro, we’re always playing with new color combinations for our products. Lately we’ve decided to streamline the colorways we sell in the online shop and to our friendly retailers. As far as hip bags go, these are the ones we are currently stocking (all of which are available on the Hip Bag Shop page):

While we are very confident in the styles we have chosen, there might be some colorways we didn’t go with that might strike your fancy. From now on until they’re gone we’ll be putting up some alternate colorways in the Sale & Clearance Shop page. To keep it fresh we’ll be rotating the stock every two weeks or so so you’ll have to check back often to see what’s up for sale. Just about all of these are one-offs as well so if you see one you like, you’ll need to grab it before it’s gone!

New Product Alert: Limited Edition Billboard Pedal Straps

We’ve been sitting on these for a while but we are finally proud to present our latest Limited Edition Billboard Pedal Strap. These are made from the scraps of the Downtown Vision, Inc. street banners we used to make their tote bags. All straps will be a primarily orange and white printed pattern that will vary slightly over a mystery vinyl color. And as always supply is limited and will sell out soon so snatch em up!

So now that we have some stickers to give away, we figured we’d use them to populate our new mailing list. You didn’t think we’d just give them to you without getting something in return did you?
