Custom work had always been at the core of who we are here at BURRO. It's how we got our start after all. Unfortunately, a dynamic, fully functional custom bag builder is a tall order on the budget we work with. The old site had a pretty basic form but we still got quite a few custom orders. It was a nightmare for me though. I had to retrieve the form, calculate the total, send a PayPal invoice, wait for payment to go through and only then, pass the order on to production. And if we needed to change something we had to go through the site developer to add something as simple as a color option.
