Frequently Asked Questions
Where's the bike shop?
We're often confused for Zombie Bikes, they're one door down and have their hours posted weekly online and on their door.
Billboard Warranty
While we guarantee our craftsmanship, we can not guarantee the recycled billboard when used in the construction of our bags. The Cordura fabric we use comes with a warranty but the billboard does not. Over time, the billboard material may crack and in some cases (although rarely) break down. In our experience, it is a durable material that can last for years under normal use and have only seen a handful of cases in which the billboard needed to be replaced. Even if the billboard cracks or tears, the Cordura remains waterproof and will not affect the integrity of the bag. Any and all repairs will be on a case by case basis. If a more durable bag is what you require, we suggest using regular vinyl instead of billboard.
